Yes, I do. I went to England twice in the past. Either the first or the second time I had a good fun, I saw a lot of wonderful places, I had many pleasant experiences, but I didn’t introduce myself and chat with native people.

It means: “Hello, nice to see you again”.
What is the context for using "All right?" by young people?
It’s the form for the first-time meeting and for subsequent meetings too.

The only way to achieve native fluency in speaking a foreign language is to become “native”, and probably it isn’t enoungh.
