			<description><![CDATA[1- Healty foods are for me, in general, all really organic food. Every people needs his specifical food, but it's better never eat fat and fried foods, and not many carbohydrates and sweets.. All things that we all like!! 2- My most important meal is breakfast, because it's first meal of day, just after I slept. It help to wake up to me and my mind, and it give me necessary energy for face the day. If the breakfast are bad, maybe it will be a bad day also. 3- I think all flour's type, then cereals, pasta, bread, cakes, but also rice and potatoes. 4- Physical activity is important for physically and psychologically's balance, for weight's control and for an efficient metabolism. 5- A balance diet needs a perfect balance by proteins, carbohydrates and fats, with many fiber in every meal, and the right quantity of calories that we need. 6- I very like vegetables, soups, pasta, pizza, and fruit. I like also meat, cheese and cakes, but I eat it less often.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I also would like add a recipe: asparagus soup. Boil 1 Kg of asparagus tops, drain them, then fry them lightly in a frying-pan with olive oil and 1 crushed clove of garlic. Add 1 litre of beef broth, salt, pepper and as soon as it reaches the boil, pour into a mixture of 4 eggs beaten with 50g of grated pecorino, salt and pepper. When this mixture starts curdling, stir the soup with a wooden spoon and serve it with fried bread croutons. Enjoy your meal!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Lemon tart ingredients for the pastry: flour 270 grams, sugar 115 grams, butter 135 grams, an egg and a yolk, lemon zest. ingredients for cream: 2 squeezed lemons, 4 eggs, 60 grams of melted butter, 150 grams of sugar, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons pine nuts. Mix flour and sugar on the table and make a hole in the center. Put the softened butter.One at a time to put the whole egg and egg yolk, put the lemon zest. .Mix everything with the flour quickly, let rest in the fridge for half an hour by wrapping the pasta in a towel. Prepare the lemon cream. Beat well, in a bowl 4 whole eggs with 150 grams of sugar, put the grated lemon rind, lemon juice, melted butter, powdered sugar.
